Care centres have obtained two internationally recognised accreditations: ISO9001 which emphasises overall management processes, as well as the accreditation awarded under \u201cResidential Aged Care Accreditation Scheme\u201d of the Hong Kong Association of Gerontology which focuses on operating procedures. Participating in two credible certifications allows us to optimise our management in our pursuit of excellence.<\/p><p>Under our annual review mechanism, staff of each home must carefully implement the requirements of various service standards and strengthen monitoring of the overall operation of our residences through external evaluation and internal evaluation to ensure that our senior care
